Excellent easy service

Excellent service, in store, Can speak to someone very quickly on the phone, no hassle, no long menus. And always resolved quickly. And friendly The approach Metro Bank has re customer sevice, both in the branch and on the phone is a different world to all my previous naking expereince. And a much prefered one! I am treated as a normal human being, not a supplicant. I genuinely love the expereice I have with metrobank. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021
