An ethically driven bank that offers great customer...

An ethically driven bank that offers great customer service and guilt free banking for an affordable low fee. When required I have received quick service from telephone operators in the UK. Only issues are: slow update of Google pay (now accepted), not accepted to pay cash through Post Office (please do this), no IBAN number so can make int'l payments a bit trickier (but can be done!) Honest banking done well

Lovely bank with good staff and ethics. Received great customer care and a gift after a banking error. App easy to use and telephone banking good. Also some branches able to print cards on the spot!!! Refreshing to have had some a good experience with a bank. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021
