I’ve used World First for years. The whole process of buying travel insurance when you have pre-existing conditions can be a difficult and expensive one but World First make it easy and their advisors are excellent. Wonderful staff to help you with any questions right from the very first time you call for a quote. The price of my insurance is unbeaten for my preexisting condition, I never look anywhere else.
