Excellent - has paid out claims

Have had this account for 6-7 years now and in that time been unfortunate enough to need to claim for replacement mobile phone (stolen), medical expenses in Brazil whilst travelling (£1-2k) and a skiing accident (several £k including repatriating me to the UK flights transfers etc all covered). Once all proof/documentation provided everything was paid out and sorted v efficiently on each occasion. Have also used breakdown cover at home when car battery went flat + very easy. Well worth the monthly charge. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021
