Reassurance and insurance

With long term health problems affecting both my wife and I it was always a worry when planning holidays that travel insurance could be unavailable or very expensive. Some companies were apparently more interested in increasing the fee (as both a deterrent and a money making exercise?) but World First have always have always been very professional and reassuring.
