Great day to day personal account, less good for joint accounts or high value payments

Fantastic bank for day to day spending, but when it comes to high value payments (mortgage deposit, buying a car, transferring larger sums), it's a slow process and it can hard to get hold of someone to help quickly through chat or on the phone. Joint accounts are also quite far behind the features of the personal current accounts and many personal account features aren't available or well supported for joint accounts. For an individual current account, it's great. For anything a little more complex (joint account, using them for high value/high trust payments), less so. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
