Intuitive & convenient bank

The app has lots of features without feeling cluttered. I find the app most intuitive experience in comparison to other challenger banks. The current account doesn't hide features behind a paywall; it seems Starling has a coherent vision for what it wants to be which aspires trust. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Hassle free bank, Great app

* Customer service is great; they have got back to me within minutes for changing my password and opening my account. The processes are straightforward. * Great UX on the app; notifications arrive instantly, it is easy to see where money comes and goes, using the app is a pleasant experience. * Easy to get bank statements and report transactions. No need to log in to online banking. * Nice security features in case I lose my card. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
