Sympathetic and professional support

I found myself needing to turn to PayPlan after my debts became unmanageable and, right from the start, the team has been incredibly supportive and, crucially, totally non-judgemental. It's an enormous relief to have the burden of engaging with creditors removed as this was an intense source of anxiety. One comment would be that there should be greater flexibility in the budget plan that requires completion - some outgoings don't fit neatly into the categories that they have - but also they should be more realistic when it comes to how much one is allowed to spend on things like housekeeping and gifts. Cost of living has pushed prices sky high and this doesn't really seem to have been taken into account. Other than that, fantastic service and wonderful people. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
