Admiral Great - Until You Need to Claim

Always had a good experience with Admiral - until my first time ever trying to claim. My flight was cancelled and I had to buy another at the desk to get home within the next 72 hours. Assumed it was covered, and I believe the wording of the policy still confirms it should be, and Admiral agreed (in writing). At one point I called to ask for an update, spoke to a new person who decided it wouldn't be covered and closed my case, refusing to take it any further. Wild. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

I could never go back to holding savings anywhere else - the app offers many great features but for me the ease and usefulness of the Pots surpasses everything. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
