Worst service I've ever had from Tesco

Received an email telling me to cancel my auto-renewal "before 11th August", did so on 2nd August for them to charge me £220 two days later. Couldn't speak to anyone on the phone, emails went ignored, until I was eventually fobbed off to 'Rock Insurance' who "declined to uphold my complaint". Never experienced anything like this with Tesco. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025

Admiral Great - Until You Need to Claim

Always had a good experience with Admiral - until my first time ever trying to claim. My flight was cancelled and I had to buy another at the desk to get home within the next 72 hours. Assumed it was covered, and I believe the wording of the policy still confirms it should be, and Admiral agreed (in writing). At one point I called to ask for an update, spoke to a new person who decided it wouldn't be covered and closed my case, refusing to take it any further. Wild. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024
