I tried Barclays... Then I went back to Monzo.

Always had fast response from the customer engagement. I have tried to use Barclays and found their App far less capable so actually moved back to Monzo. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

So very easy

Really easy to use. Much better visibility of my accounts and spending than with my old bank. Customer service has always been spot on and it really does do what it says on the tin. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
