Great bank

I love Monzo, it’s easy to use and I love the “get paid early” feature. But the one thing that could be improved is the customer service. It’s not fantastic, and because there are no physical branches, it makes it even harder if you have to wait a long time for a response. However, I’ve rarely had to use the customer service aspect so overall, I’ve had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Monzo to a friend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
