Life changing

I originally heard of Monzo from a friend, way back in early-mid 2017, back then it was basically just a cash card and you could use it abroad with crazy charges, even withdraw money from the wall abroad. Then came their current accounts which are great and I've loved the usability of the app since day one. I'm aware of every single penny that leaves and enters my account, amazing!!! Their customer service is also great, the online chat team are super helpful and help you quickly, no waiting hold for hours or dealing with language barriers!! Thank you Monzo!! I regularly say that anyone who doesn't bank with Monzo is stuck in the dark ages!! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
