Easy, modern, now hassle banking

Monzo have been fantastic compared to high street branches. Their app is significantly modern and appears very secure. I can query payments and speak to an advisor online and I am not left in the dark or having to bypass the outdated call waiting system. It feels a more trustworthy and honest bank because they reduce their costs. They saved me at a time I could not access my high street account as their systems broke, thank you Monzo Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
