Not a bad word to say about Monzo. Their app is slick and easy to use, their kids offering is simple… AND FREE! And the customer service you receive through the app is second to none! No complaints here and I have recommended Monzo to anyone who will listen. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Exactly what banking should be in 2021

They take all the hassle and stress away from banking and focus on what matters. Their customer service is second to none and when you think that it's all done via the app and live chat it makes it so much more impressive.
