Not a single issue in 10 years.

Not a single issue in 10 years. I've used the built-in tools to get financially stable and increase my credit score - I've also manged to start saving thanks to them! Even doing something simple like getting a specific range of statements, or using my card abroad without having to worry about getting money converted before I go has been amazing. Their built-in security tools and rules regarding payments are also amazing. I couldn't recommend Monzo more so far I've brought over 4 people to Monzo and they love it too. More than just a bank

Never thought I'd be "happy" with a bank it's more of a need than something useful. However, Monzo changed that for me, my bank is now a tool for handling my money and helping me budget, save, and even monitor third party credit cards. I would recommend Monzo to anyone. What banking should be

Since joining Monzo, I've had nothing but good things to say about them. I've only had one thing I needed to speak to customer services about, and it was dealt with and solved within the hour. The fact that everything can de done via the app is amazing, and their budgeting tools and salary sorter has helped me save a lot of money. Other features such as being able to freeze my card if lost, and using virtual cards for subscriptions/sites I don't trust 100% is just a must for any bank really. I can see myself staying with them for a long time, other banks just aren't on the same level for me. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
