Potty over pots

So where to begin, Monzo are easy to use, great for every day banking and the pots really make a difference. Every month like millions of people I have Direct debits leaving my account, at monzo when my salary goes in it gets auto sorted in to pots, one for rent, one for broadband etc. so I do not have to do the sums myself, so you know exactly how much is left. Now for customer service, What little interaction that I have needed with them they have always been top notch, polite and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. This is the only bank I use and would recommend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
