Better than the rest!

I’ve always been annoyed by how convoluted and stagnant big banks have been. I’ve been with NatWest, First Direct, Halifax and Barclays. All have been pretty set in their ways and slow to adapt to modern technology and rarely take advantage of it. I’ve also tried revolut, starling and atom and found them to all have to pros and cons. For me, Monzo has the best balance of features and services. They are quick to respond to customer service requests and proactively look after their customers best interests. They continue to grow and improve and genuinely listen to customer feature requests. They are largely transparent with their operations, financial and ethical approach. All in all I enjoy banking with Monzo and have recommended them to many of my friends who fully agree the experience is second to none! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
