Just brilliant

Just a simple, brilliant and overall pleasant experience. And we are talking about a bank right? Never thought I’d use these words together but Monzo made it happen. Great UI, customer service is fast and always easy to speak to and the queries are resolved fast and easy. What not to like? My only wish is for more banks to be like this so there will be at least some competition Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
