Best bank hands down

I joined Monzo a few years ago, having become increasingly annoyed by my previous (traditional) bank's alleged 'digital focus' and customer orientation, which always failed to materialise. Monzo is the exact opposite and I have not looked back since switching. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
