Most user-friendly bank ever

I've banked with a few banks, in the UK and abroad, and I'm most impressed with Monzo. Their ethics, their approach and communication are like no other. If they'd offer credit cards (which I use for travel) I'd switch completely, so I hope that is just a waiting game. Would be very happy to ditch my other bank's current account today if I could with their questionable ethics, crappy app and dire customer service. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
