They get me

Monzo is the first bank I've used where they totally understood what I needed straight from the off. Instant transactions out of my account. First-of-its-kind features such as card freeze. Easy transfer of cash between friends and family. It's no coincidence that several months after Monzo burst onto the scene, banks began changing their digital services. And yet they still don't get it as spot on as Monzo. I feel completely safe banking with them. Plus!
