I always considered myself as the “old school” customer when it comes to banking. I preferred the safety of going to a physical branch to handle money matters. Monzo completely changed my mind! They have spectacular customer service, always a click away when I need any help. Monzo has fantastic app that is simple, actionable and helps me reach my financial goals with a few clicks.
