Perfect banking

Always quick reply to queries. App is easy to use. Was one of the first banks I use to introduce saving pots and automatically categorise my spending. Also brilliant to use when travelling, feel really secure using it. Also prevented fraud as my card had been stolen and they immediately blocked a number of contactless payments preventing more loss.
