Easy to use, customer focussed and a market leader

Look, all the other banks have started to replicate a lot of the features Monzo offers: lost card freezing, payment notifications, pots and more. It's a market leader when it comes to banking. It makes sorting money on pay day easy, something I don't have to think about. I like that I don't have ton log in every second I want to look at my finances. It's simple and easy to use unlike other banking apps. The customer service support throughs the app is fantastic and again, easy to use. There's nothing I'd rather use than Monzo Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
