Slick, easy to use, well featured, transparent

I've never had a banking experience like that with Monzo. Even with the unpaid account, the ability to move money into pots so easily massively helps with my budgeting. The app is easy to use, and on the rare occasions I've had to use the customer service, it's always been prompt and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
