An excellent bank that has consistently surpassed expectations

Switching to Monzo has indeed been one of the best decisions I have made. It has been a dream using the app to track my spending, has helped me improve my budgeting, and has overall been a pleasure to use. I’ve been quick to recommend Monzo to my friends and family due to it’s benefits over traditional banks. They are not perfect, but they listen to the customers and continuously make improvements. I couldn’t be more pleased and this is why I am voting for Monzo for the British Bank award! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
