Blows away regular banks

When I first got introduced to Monzo, it was just night and day compared to my previous bank. As soon as your card is accepted on a terminal, you get a notification from the app immediately. With old banks, you are lucky to see your transaction within a day. Their customer support is great too, needed to transfer 10k+ to my NS&I account and the support rep very quickly gave me the ability to transfer extra funds. Best feature is being able to create shared tabs for me, this allows me and my partner to automatically split our rent and utility bills and see them all in one place. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
