Fast and helpful

Everytime I need to query something, they answer quickly and are incredibly polite too. I work for another bank and I constantly deal with the mess that appalling customer service has. Monzo doesn’t fail anywhere for me and the fact that they trust people to manage their own accounts is brilliant. I always recommend Monzo and will continue to do so! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
