Finally a bank which understands how technology should be used and what customers actually want

For far to long banks have been run by ageing institutionalised morons who have dictated how customers should use their bank. They've failed to keep up with technology, or understand the changing needs of a customer. Monzo saw this, and has built a bank that put's its customers and technology first. Their transparent approach to t&cs, and charges, has built trust, something which other banks, with their incompetence shattered. Monzo has been the driving forced other banks needed, but sadly they're so fixed on what was, they're incapable of keeping up with Monzo. RBS has tried so hard to mimic the Monzo app (if that isn't an indictment of innovation I don't know what is), yet RBS still can't get it right (RBS are really bad btw, avoid avoid avoid).
