Very Caring

The best customer service ever - when things go wrong they genuinely care about the customer and work to resolve whilst showing much empathy. Easy and smooth process to obtain finance too. Reviewed on: 12th May 2023

Cannot put into words how much I like this bank

What can I say? Having agoraphobia I haven't been able to go into a bank for years. App only means I never have to. Paid a day early..great. Approachable staff on their social media pages and app..always helpful and can have a laugh with them, not stuck up and I know I can talk to them with humour . Paid a day early - wow I love this feature. I love how the app clearly tells me when payments are pending. I am very badly organised especially with money and this helps so much. Having saving pots - I still can't save but I love being able to put something away until i need it. Love it , Only worry is if they every just close my account (as I keep saying on social media), but I think this can happen with any bank. It is a worry though, as would not want to go to any other bank. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
