Finally a bank just works stress-free.

First I tried a different UK bank when I moved here because I didn't feel entirely comfortable with an online bank. But they were SO difficult and had terrible service. So out of necessity, I went to Monzo and am SO happy I did! The app is great, paying in person and online is both easy and when I had a false charge on my card (from a renowned big brand, just a tech issue on their side), Monzo customer service resolved this in no time for me and dealt with the company for me.
