Worst Bank we have ever dealt with for business banking

Metro Bank has provided the worst customer service we have ever experienced, especially at its Bromley Branch. Staff are uncooperative, hostile, and unprofessional. Hard to believe this bank can retain a banking licence. Up until about two years it was a good bank, but something has changed and customer service has fallen off a cliff. Telephone banking is still ok. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
