Great cover for bikes and house/contents where others are much more expensive

Easy to setup, quick quote, everything explained in full and honestly. No problem with questions/clarifying policy points. Not had to claim (hopefully I won't need to!), but getting everything in order was so simple compared to other insurers, particularly where expensive bikes were concerned (as well as other items like jewellery). Cannot complain at all. Easy to get hold of and very friendly too - didn't feel like I was dealing with a large company at all and the staff really know what they're talking about.
