The Metrobank service really has detonated from what is was when I first joined six years ago. Trying to do anything now is a chore. Logging into the website involves a username, a pin code and a password. Then.... they send you a text (which never arrives) and only then can you view your own account. The staff in the Crawley branch look so unhappy, like everything you ask them to do is a problem. Unfortunately MB is now just like all the big banks in the UK. Sad, it used to be so good.
