Speaking to humans!

I could not believe when i spotted a false transaction on my account, my heart sunk at having to get into contact with a bank and go through all the king waiting times..... I logged into the app chat function and with in seconds was talking to a knowledgeable easy to talk to representative and my problem was in hand immediately. All the dread left me in that moment- finally a bank you can contact Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
