friendly, helpful, details and thorough

I was originally sceptical about how pedalcover can be cheaper and deliver so much more, but they had nothing but time when it came to explaining everything to me and tailoring my cover my exact requirements, whilst never making me feel stupid or a time waster like some other companies have. it seems that they certainly value they're customers and that definitely came through in my dealings with them.
