Very good customer service throughout

I have used Pedalcover for two years and am very please to have switched. I have saved several hundreds of pounds on earlier separate costs of home and bike insurance. Process of taking out the insurance was great, with Pedalcover on hand to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, I have also needed to claim within these two years for the theft of a mid-range road bike. Pedalcover were great, more than making up for the poor customer service by Wheelies (AXA's 'expert' bike partner). Pedalcover are easy to get hold of and you tend to deal with specific individuals who manage your case rather than getting passed from pillar to post. I have been pleased to date, will continue to use and will recommend. Reviewed on: 13th July 2017
