The only branch of any bank

2 claims in a week

I have used NFU for around 20 years & have only claimed for a smashed iPhone. When I moved house in December and had to put 2 claims in, in quick succession I wasn't hopeful. Both claims were dealt with and I received money in the New Year. It was very reassuring to be dealt with so kindly at such a busy and stressful time of year: moving house followed by Christmas.
