Almost perfect

I've only been with Starling for around a month now. I have found the services to be very quick and simple to use. Paying a cheque in via the app by taking a photo took less than 2 days to clear into my account. Been able to deposit money at my local post office beats the drive and wait at the dwindling high street banks. Only missed out on 5 stars as the response time from the online only help can take a while to respond. Certainly not the worst I've used but certainly not as quick or easy as calling my previous high street telephone banking service. Overall I'm happy I've moved to Starling, and would certainly reccomend it to anyone contemplating the move. Quicker response and resolution to queries would have got full 5 stars.
