11/10 never leaving Monzo

I've been with Monzo since beta launch and I've not had a single issue that wasn't cleared up easily by their extremely responsive and polite customer service agents. Pots make it very easy for me to budget each month and I'm saving more than ever. I pay for the Max account and get excellent value for money with the included benefits. Their 1p savings challenge last year was also a fun and motivating, and I enjoy the chance to have bills paid back or even my salary doubled each month! In a world of frustrating and poorly designed banking tech and worse customer service, Monzo are a breath of fresh air. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Hassle free, fun banking

I've been using Monzo for a few years now and I absolutely love them. They have all the features that make banking hassle free and convenient and have actually made banking, dare I say, fun? Everything runs seamlessly and customer services are so quick to respond. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is just because I would like to see all their investments go 100% ethical and green. If they did that, they'd be completely perfect in my eyes! Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
