No credit limit increase

I’ve been with them a while now and they like to auto bot your account so they dont know how well you look after your account so getting a increase is impossible I’ve ask but always been told No But it’s up to you just thought I’ll let you know vote Zopa every body Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Need to treat customers better

They a good bank easy to use app but even though you have a great repayment they constantly check your file and have no intension of giving you any kind of credit card increase or any kind of offer they check your file at least 2-3 times a month and it’s done by robots I was told so they don’t even look at you so it’s up to you just be mine full other wise they would be a great bank Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

Great company

When I joined Zopa the process was easy they have a great easy to use app they are always there to help make things easy to understand nothing to small are too big any questions you have they explain it in easy terms I would be lost without them thanks Zopa Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
