An absolute shambles of a company

Constant phone calls & emails threatening to cancel insurance as I could not produce evidence of no claims discount on my current car insurance, ( this I had never requested that they use) all I wanted was a policy without using my NCD as was originally quoted online, they then asked for more funds when I told them to let policy lapse.
