the app works very smoothly, i have never had a problem with it. i love the "spaces" feature where i can save for things without opening a separate savings account. i really like the extra shopping card you can get for free, it's worked perfectly for my family. i initially got starling because of their zero fee foreign spending on holidays and good exchange rate but i have not been able to use that feature yet because of covid. but i have ended up using it for my day to day and to be honest i like the fact that the profit goes to a local smaller British bank instead of my older bank account Barclays that seems to have its fingers in all the pies around the world with the occasional scandal.
