Excellent

Moved to Metro Bank after finding out about it online after issues with another bank. Have had no issues whatsoever. The branches are immaculate and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need a new card, they can print the new card in one of their branches, so no need to wait for the post to arrive. The app and website are easy to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wanted a new bank account. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
