Poor customer service

Like most financial organisations, Zopa are using Covid as an excuse for poor service. They don’t answer calls, and 52 hours to respond to an email is poor. Reviewed on: 21st January 2022

Easy to invest

In a world with very low interest rates, the Zopa product was one of the best, and as a peer to peer lender, made a lot of sense. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
