An outstanding modern banking experience

I moved to Starling from HSBC after 24 years with them. I had found HSBCs online offering clunky, outdated and over complicated for everything from online money transfers and borrowing services, to simple tasks such as statement reviews. Starling is a breath of fresh air, it was simple to set up, the app is easy to use and the ability to see live real time balances and or apply for services if required is second to none. I have found there customer service team friendly and attentive on the very few occasions i have needed to speak with them as well. I could honestly write a great deal here about the variety of pros but will sum it up with a simple statement. The Starling current account is a an outstanding current account for the modern world and the lifestyles people lead within it. Martin Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
