Simplifying The Uncomplicated.

Life's daily frustrations increasingly present us with a myriad of trials and tribulations, less of the latter of late, and each heightened by the social upheaval that covid 19 has brought and the government's response to the same. The waiting in queues, waiting on the telephone, waiting to see loved ones, waiting for responses and answers to questions, and listening to the covid excuses. The Starling Bank experience on the other hand, and in comparison, has gone a long way to alleviating this frustration. Seamless interaction, on the fly control and little if any delay. Think, act, done, if only life in general was like this. It's refreshing to have a service designed and moulded to meet the client's needs. And there's a great "quid pro quo" feel about the whole experience which is how every social interaction should be.
