After many years at Lloyds & Co-Operative Banks - Starling is a breath of fresh air!

WOW! Starling Bank. Unlike all my previous banks, Starling is communicative, accurate, helpful, innovative and serves its customers really well. I have never ever dealt with a business that is so customer-focussed! Well done everyone Reviewed on: 17th January 2022

WOW! What a difference!

Phew! - I've spent all my Life with three 'Establishment' banks - Yorkshire, Lloyds and Co-Operative. They've been OK, and had their niggles, and been slow sometimes, (the Co-Operative Bank has some real issues) - but until I changed to Starling a few months ago I didn't realise how efficient, fast and informative a bank could be. Updates are immediate, information and detail are thorough, and communications excellent. Have already recommended Starling to friends and family. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
