Refreshing , innovative and exciting

I had been with the same bank for 30 odd years, got to the point I couldn't contact them, emails went unanswered and the final straw I told them not to pay out to a fraudulent company, they ignored my email, then lied and said they didn't get it, then admitted they did. Took ages to get my money back, eventually and reluctantly they paid up, no apology, nothing. Decided to move and researched a few banks. Starling has been the best switch I've ever done, very smooth, easy to use and access, I recommend it to everyone now. It's a refreshing and innovative bank and is so accessible, I know instantly how much I have spent, what's left etc. The savings goal is excellent. Just love it.
