It was very easy to open my ISA online. The interest rates offered were the best I could find at the time, and remain very competitive. I can access my account 24 hours per day via the Zopa app, which gives me all the information I could want in a very easy way. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

So Easy

We applied online for a loan. The whole process was very easy, including providing the information we needed to supply. The interest rate is great, and we love that they always give us advance notice that they are going to take our payment. Reviewed on: 28th March 2022

Our experience of taking out a loan with Zopa was really great. It was a very simple application process, all done online plus just one phone call. The interest rate is really competative, and is in fact the best I've seen lately. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a loan. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
